¡Hola Monas!
Durante la semana santa me he hecho fan incondicional del trapillo. No es un material que a priori me llamase mucho la atención pero me puse a hacer cosas sencillas con pequeños retales y le cogí el gusto. Por lo que al volver a Madrid me he puesto a investigar vía google, pinterest… y he quedado alucinada con la cantidad de cosas que se pueden hacer. Es para todos los públicos, sepas o no tejer (yo no sé y aun así me encanta).

During Easter I’ve became a huge fan of T-shirt yarn. I wasn’t fond on that material before but when I started making projects with it I started loving it. So, when I came back to Madrid I started investigating to do some projects with it via google, pinterest… and I’m amazed with all the cute ideas that I’ve found. It’s a material that anyone can use; even if you don’t know how to knit you will also like it.

Los ovillos de trapillo se pueden comprar a precios muy económicos (por 2-3 €) o puedes hacértelos en casa reciclando camisetas viejas. Sirven para tejer ganchillo/crochet pero como ya os adelantaba se pueden hacer también cosas muy chulas sin agujas. Es súper versátil y se puede emplear para crear complementos con un toque boho/hippie (muy de moda), decoración… Estas son algunas fotos que he recopilado para inspirarme en futuros proyectos.

T-shirt yarn balls can be bought for really cheap prices (from 2-3 €) or you can make them at home recycling old T-shirts. With the T-shirt yarn you can do crochet but you can also make really cool projects without the knitting needles:  boho/hippie accessories (hot trend), decorations elements… These are some of the pictures that I’ve collected for future diy.

Para las que hay que hacer con agujas me esperaré a tener tiempo libre en verano pero os enseñaré alguna opción que se puede hacer sin necesidad de ser diestro en el arte de tejer. La semana que viene os enseño mi primera creación! ¿Habéis utilizado este material antes? ¿Me recomendáis algún tutorial para iniciarme a tejer?
